GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. Participation conditions
Participation in the Exhibition is regulated by the following documents:
- Application‑Contract with appendixes
- General regulations
- Special conditions
All appendixes, General regulations and Special conditions are an integral part of the Application‑Contract.
To participate in the Exhibition, the Exhibitor shall submit a duly completed and signed Application‑Contract including all necessary appendixes to the Organizer. Submission of a signed Application‑Contract implies the acceptance of the General regulations by the Exhibitor. An Application‑Contract shall be submitted to the Organizer not later than 1 month before the opening of the Exhibition. Application‑Contracts that are submitted after the above deadline are handled based upon the availability of vacant exhibition space.
2. Participation fees and costs
Payment of all participation fees and costs shall be made by the Exhibitor according to the following clauses (as per prices listed in the Price List 1):
2.1. registration fee:
organizational work; publication of information in the exhibition catalogue, one catalogue copy; exhibitor badges.
2.2. shell scheme booth
wall panels; fascia board with company name (no more than 15 characters in standard font); 1 socket (220V, 1 kW); 2 spotlights; 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket, carpet covering, clothes hanger.
Minimum exhibition space - 9 sq.m. Additional exhibition equipment and additional services may be ordered under Price List 2.
2.3. raw space
Relevant raw space.
Minimum exhibition space - 15 sq.m.
3. Exhibitor badges
The number of badges provided by the Organizer to the Exhibitor is calculated depending on the size of the ordered and paid exhibition space as follows:
3 badges - 9-12 sq.m inclusive
5 badges - 13-30 sq.m inclusive
10 badges - 31-60 sq.m inclusive
15 badges - 61-100 sq.m inclusive. Subsequently, 5 badges are provided per every following 30 sq.m.
Extra exhibitor badges may be ordered by the Exhibitor under Price List 1.
4. Cost of external participation
Cost of external participation includes the following services: publication of catalogue information, 1 exhibitor badge, display and distribution of printed advertising media at the information desks.
5. Co‑Exhibitor participation conditions
Co‑Exhibitors are the companies that are present at the Exhibitor's exhibition space and display their products. The Exhibitor undertakes to notify the Organizer of the Co‑Exhibitor's presence at its exhibition area. The Co‑Exhibitor is admitted to participation in the exhibition by making payment of the organizational fee and signing the Application‑Contract with the Organizer or by including the amount of the additional organizational fee in the Exhibitor's Application‑Contract.
6. Method of payment
Upon the receipt of completed and signed Application‑Contract the Organizer issues an invoice to the Exhibitor. The invoice shall be paid by the Exhibitor in accordance with p.5 of the Application‑Contract.
7. Penalty
In case of violation by the Exhibitor of payment deadlines specified in the Application‑Contract, the Exhibitor shall pay to the Organizer a penalty in the amount of double rate of the National Bank of Ukraine which is current for the payment date per each day of the payment delay. The Exhibitor's cancellation of participation must be stated in writing not later than on July 28, 2022. The Exhibitor must pay the following penalties in case of cancellation of its participation: within July 29 - August 28, 2022 inclusive – 50% penalty of the amount of the Application-Contract; within August 29 - September 27, 2022 inclusive – 100% penalty of the amount of the Application‑Contract.
8. Exhibition electronic catalogue
The catalogue entry information electronic form which is available on the official website www.iec-expo.com.ua must be completed not later than 1 month before the opening of the Exhibition.
The following information is required: company name, phone and fax numbers (including country and area code), e‑mail address, not more than 500 symbols of text. Additional text and advertising are paid for extra charge as per prices listed in the Price List 1.
To order advertising in the catalogue the Exhibitor is required to provide electronic and printed layout original page.
9. Floorplan and allocation of exhibition space
Floorplan is a draft and is subject to changes by the Organizer. In case of such changes, the Organizer undertakes to inform about the changes the Exhibitor whose booth location has changed as a result thereof.
10. Exhibition open hours and security
Exhibition open hours: September 27‑29: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., September 30: from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Organizer ensures general security of the exhibition site during the working hours (September 27‑29: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., September 30: from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). The Exhibitor is responsible for the safety of its booth during exhibition hours. The Organizer is responsible for the safety of the exposition during off hours and night time (from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the next day). The Organizer recommends to insure the Exhibitor’s property against all risks. The Exhibitor is responsible for compliance with fire safety rules.
11. Cleaning
The Organizer provides cleaning of the aisles. Upon the written Exhibitor’s application, cleaning of its booth is provided for extra charge as per prices listed in the Price List 2.

13. Goods delivery and customs clearance
Delivery and customs clearance of goods are carried out according to the contracts concluded between the Exhibitor and logistics and freight forwarding companies:

14. Trade
Sale of goods at the Exhibition site shall be carried out according to the current Ukrainian legislation.
The Organizer is not responsible for the Exhibitor's non‑compliance or inappropriate compliance with the rules, regulations and requirements on trade activities in accordance with and subject to the legislation of Ukraine.
The Exhibitor is responsible for the infringement of the rules of retail and wholesale trade, rules of applying cash registers in accordance with the laws, legal acts, rules and other documents which regulate commercial activities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
