Regarding patronage of the Forum
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine is grateful for the invitation to participate in the opening ceremony and organization of the Business Forum, which is to take place from 10 to 12 November 2020, sent to the Ministry by letter dated 18.09.2020 № 114‑01 / E.
The Ministry welcomes and supports the updates, which reflect the changes that significantly affect the evolution of the fuel and energy sector and which are to be implemented this year in the title of the International Energy Business Forum "5E" (Energy. Electrical engineering. Energy efficiency. Ecology. Energy resources.), as well as in expanding the complex of international trade fairs and, in particular, creating a new exhibition project of renewable energy, energy efficiency and ecology - "EcoEnergy Expo".
We are convinced that the forum will carry on traditions of the previous years' event and promote exchange of experiences, elaboration of a common vision for development of the fuel and energy sector in modern conditions and with regard to the priorities of energy efficiency and environmental protection.
The Ministry of Energy has informed the companies under the Ministry's corporate government about the event and the opportunity of taking part in it.
Ministry's senior officials will take part in the opening ceremony of the Business Forum and international trade fairs, about which it will be additionally informed.

"ENVIRONMENTAL BUSINESS ADVOCACY"

The conference was created to find a balance in a triangle "business-environment-society" with economic development and prosperity in the centre. For industrial companies it means:
- reducing corruption risks;
- reducing the additional burden on business activities and the negative impact on the business climate as a whole;
- minimisation of anthropogenic impact on the environment.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. Participation conditions
The participation in Exhibition is regulated by the following documents:
- Application‑Contract with appendixes
- General regulations
All appendixes and general regulations are an integral part of this Application‑Contract.
Exhibitor is required to return to Organizer duly completed and signed Application‑Contract including all necessary appendixes. Assignment of signed Application‑Contract implies that the Exhibitor accepts the present general regulations. Application‑Contract is accepted by Organizer not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. Application‑Contracts received after terms indicated above will be considered, if the free exhibition space would be available.
2. Participation fees and costs
The payment of all participation fees and costs is made by Exhibitor according to the clauses outlined above (as per prices listed in the price‑list №1):
2.1. registration fee:
organization work; publication of catalogue entry information and 2 copies of catalogues; 3 exhibitor’s badges, 20 invitation‑tickets.
2.2. shell scheme booth:
raw space; partition walls; fascia with company name (not more than 15 symbols in standard type); 220V single phase 1kWt socket; 2 spot lights; 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 waste basket, carpet, coat‑hunger.
Minimum exhibition space – 9 sq.m. All other exhibition equipment and services are provided for extra charge (see the price‑list №2).
2.3. raw space:
Proper raw space. Minimum exhibition space – 15 sq.m. In case of individual stand construction the company, which fulfills the construction, is obliged to pass the accreditation in the corresponding structures of the IEC.
3. Cost of external participation
The cost of external participation includes such services as: publication of catalogue entry information, 1 exhibitor’s badge, display and distribution of printed advertising materials on general information counter.
4. Method of payment
After receipt of completed and signed Application‑Contract, Organizer invoiced to Exhibitor. Invoice should be paid by Exhibitor according to p. 5 of the Application‑Contract.
5. Penalty
In case the Exhibitor violates the terms of payment specified in the Application‑Contract, the Exhibitor pays to the organizer the fee in the amount of double rate of National Bank of Ukraine for the date of the payment per each day of delinquency.
Refuse either of part or whole of exhibition space may be done by giving notice in the written form to the Organizer not later than 2 months (60 days) before the opening of Exhibition. If the notice is given after the terms indicated above, Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 100% of the total Application‑Contract amount.
6. Exhibition electronic catalogue
The catalogue entry (printed and electronic version) should be forwarded to Organizer in English not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. The following information is required: company name, phone number (including zip code), fax number, e-mail, not more than 360 symbols of text. Additional text and advertising are paid for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №1. Advertising in catalogue is required to provide by Exhibitor the make‑up page in electronic and printed version.
7. Exhibition's open hours and security
Trade fair open hours: November 10‑11: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; November 12: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Organizer provides general security service of Exhibition‑site during the working hours (November 10‑11: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; November 12: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The safety of exposition while working hours is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Organizer is responsible for the safety of exposition in closing hours and night hours (from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the next day). Organizer recommends Exhibitor to insure its property against all risks. Exhibitor is responsible for observance of fire safety rules.
8. Cleaning
Organizer will provide cleaning of the aisles. According to the written Exhibitor's application, cleaning of his own area is carried out for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №2.

10. Goods delivery and custom formalities
Delivery and custom cleaning of goods are carried out according to the concluded contracts between Exhibitors and specialized companies. 11. Trade
Sale of goods on Exhibition‑site is carried out according to the Ukrainian legislation.
The organizer is not responsible for Exhibitor’s non‑compliance or inappropriate compliance of rules, regulations and requirements regarding trading activity on the basis and in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.
Exhibitors are responsible for the violation of the Rules of retail and wholesale trade, rules for the application of cash register equipment in accordance with the laws, regulations, rules and other documents regulating commercial activity in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.

REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF
XІІІ INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR
ECOENERGY EXPO-2020
On November 10-12, 2020 the XIII International Trade Fair "EcoEnergy Expo" took place at the International Exhibition Center. The event was held together with the trade fairs "Power Engineering for Industry", "Еlectro Install", "OilGasExpo" and "Mining & Minerals Expo” within the frames of the International energy business forum "5Е".
This year the trade fair took place in spite of coronavirus pandemic and quarantine restrictions. Definitely, it influenced on the quantity of participants and visitors of the event. However, a wide range of modern energy‑efficient, environmentally friendly equipment at the stands of the participants, the high interest of visitors to the trade fair, the professional level of business events demonstrated the importance of holding of the event on renewable energy, energy efficiency and ecology. After all, these areas are the priorities in the development of the Ukrainian energy sector, which is determined by the need to increase energy and environmental safety.
The main priorities of the trafe fair are further increase of the share of RES in the Ukrainian energy sector, energy saving due to increased energy efficiency, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, as well as the introduction of low‑carbon technologies, including the transport sector.
On November 10, the official opening ceremony was attended by:
- State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine Volodymyr Bondarenko,
- Acting Head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine Kostiantyn Hura,
- President of the International Council on Large Electric Systems CIGRE in Ukraine Oleksandr Svetelik,
- General Director of the International Exhibition Center Anatoliy Tkachenko,
- General Director of Voltline company / ABB in Ukraine Oleksii Vargatiuk,
- Deputy Director of the Industry Department of Schneider Electric Ukraine Serhiy Bazhenov.
The State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy Volodymyr Bondarenko conveyed congratulations to the participants and guests of the event from Acting Minister of Energy Olga Buslavets and stressed the importance of the Forum for launching and continuing business partnerships to attract investment in the energy sector. Volodymyr Bondarenko also stressed: "The Ministry has been working on one of the national strategic directions - integration into the European energy system ENTSO-E, we have been working on the concept of implementation of Smart Grids. We have been developing transparent and clear rules for every participant, investor in the energy market so that, after emerging from the crisis, we can breathe fresh air and know that we have a future - the future of the energy‑independent Ukraine".
During his speech on the occasion of the events opening the Acting Head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine Kostiantyn Hura noted: "Green Course mobilizes the state's efforts to develop low‑carbon energy industry, energy efficiency and at the same time a competitive economy. IFC estimates that the clean energy and energy efficiency sector can attract up to € 70 billion investments in 2030. This is a huge amount of money for economic growth". Acting Head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency also reminded that about € 7 billion have been attracted in these areas over the past 6 years.
This year, to create a modern exposition of efficient technologies and equipment for solar, wind, distributed energy, biofuel production technologies, energy storage systems, LED lighting, solutions for industrial ecology, eco-transport, the regular participants such as German turbines, Peredovi Tekhnolohii, Prana Platinum, ADS, Kriger, Unserv, Bag Filter Factory, Kremenchuk Carbon Black Plant, Electric Vehicles Association of Ukraine took part in the trade fair, as well as new companies - Autoenterprise, Servisprom, Ukrsilenergoproject, etc.
The attention was paid on the stand of the Electric Vehicles Association of Ukraine with the exposition Made in Ukraine, where eco-vehicles, electric scooters, electric buses from the Ukrainian manufacturers could be not only seen, but even tested.
Totally, 114 companies took part in the exhibition events with a total area of more than 7.200 sq.m.
Within the frames of the International energy business forum "5Е" the following events were held:
- Сonference "Environmental Business Advocacy" dedicated to waste management, state environmental control, environmental finance (eco-tax).
