GENERAL REGULATIONS

1. Participation conditions
The participation in Exhibition is regulated by the following documents:
- Application‑Contract with appendixes
- General regulations
All appendixes and general regulations are an integral part of this Application‑Contract.
Exhibitor is required to return to Organizer duly completed and signed Application‑Contract including all necessary appendixes. Assignment of signed Application‑Contract implies that the Exhibitor accepts the present general regulations. Application‑Contract is accepted by Organizer not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. Application‑Contracts received after terms indicated above will be considered, if the free exhibition space would be available.

2. Participation fees and costs
The payment of all participation fees and costs is made by Exhibitor according to the clauses outlined above (as per prices listed in the price‑list №1):

2.1. registration fee:
organization work; publication of catalogue entry information and 2 copies of catalogues; 3 exhibitor’s badges, 20 invitation‑tickets.

2.2. shell scheme booth:
raw space; partition walls; fascia with company name (not more than 15 symbols in standard type); 220V single phase 1kWt socket; 2 spot lights; 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 waste basket, carpet, coat‑hunger.
Minimum exhibition space – 9 sq.m. All other exhibition equipment and services are provided for extra charge (see the price‑list №2).

2.3. raw space:
Proper raw space. Minimum exhibition space – 15 sq.m. In case of individual stand construction the company, which fulfills the construction, is obliged to pass the accreditation in the corresponding structures of the IEC.

3. Cost of external participation
The cost of external participation includes such services as: publication of catalogue entry information, 1 exhibitor’s badge, display and distribution of printed advertising materials on general information counter.

4. Method of payment
After receipt of completed and signed Application‑Contract, Organizer invoiced to Exhibitor. Invoice should be paid by Exhibitor according to p. 5 of the Application‑Contract.

5. Penalty
In case the Exhibitor violates the terms of payment specified in the Application‑Contract, the Exhibitor pays to the organizer the fee in the amount of double rate of National Bank of Ukraine for the date of the payment per each day of delinquency.
Refuse either of part or whole of exhibition space may be done by giving notice in the written form to the Organizer not later than 2 months (60 days) before the opening of Exhibition. If the notice is given after the terms indicated above, Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 100% of the total Application‑Contract amount.

6. Exhibition electronic catalogue
The catalogue entry (printed and electronic version) should be forwarded to Organizer in English not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. The following information is required: company name, phone number (including zip code), fax number, e-mail, not more than 360 symbols of text. Additional text and advertising are paid for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №1. Advertising in catalogue is required to provide by Exhibitor the make‑up page in electronic and printed version.

7. Exhibition's open hours and security
Trade fair open hours: November 10‑11: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; November 12: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Organizer provides general security service of Exhibition‑site during the working hours (November 10‑11: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; November 12: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The safety of exposition while working hours is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Organizer is responsible for the safety of exposition in closing hours and night hours (from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the next day). Organizer recommends Exhibitor to insure its property against all risks. Exhibitor is responsible for observance of fire safety rules.

8. Cleaning
Organizer will provide cleaning of the aisles. According to the written Exhibitor’s application, cleaning of his own area is carried out for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №2.

10. Goods delivery and custom formalities
Delivery and custom cleaning of goods are carried out according to the concluded contracts between Exhibitors and specialized companies. 11. Trade
Sale of goods on Exhibition‑site is carried out according to the Ukrainian legislation.
The organizer is not responsible for Exhibitor’s non‑compliance or inappropriate compliance of rules, regulations and requirements regarding trading activity on the basis and in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.
Exhibitors are responsible for the violation of the Rules of retail and wholesale trade, rules for the application of cash register equipment in accordance with the laws, regulations, rules and other documents regulating commercial activity in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.

REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF
V INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR OILGASEXPO ′2020

Despite all the difficulties, from November 10 to 12, 2020, the V International Trade Fair "OILGASEXPO - 2020" took place on the territory of the International Exhibition Center.

International Exhibition Center did not doubt of success of this year trade fair. In four years, the event has become a key platform where participants and visitors can see and touch modern oil and gas equipment and technologies and which face‑to‑face communications cannot be replaced by any online meetings.

The event was held simultaneously with international trade fairs "Mining & Minerals Expo - 2020", "Power Engineering for Industry - 2020", "Electro Install - 2020", "EcoEnergy Expo - 2020" and the International Energy Business Forum "5E".

Thanks to the organizers, participants and visitors, it came to reality to prepare and hold a really worthy and most effective event. Five fuel and energy sector trade fairs provided participants with the opportunity to present technologies, equipment and services to a wide range of trade visitors. The trade fair’s business program raised questions of the need to improve the efficiency of oil and gas companies, cybersecurity in the energy sector, and environmental taxes.

On November 10, the opening ceremony of the Forum and trade fairs was attended by:

- State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine Volodymyr Bondarenko,
- Acting Head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine Kostiantyn Hura,
- President of the International Council on Large Electric Systems CIGRE in Ukraine Oleksandr Svetelik,
- other guests of honor.

Despite the pandemic, problems with border crossing and other obstacles, OILGASEXPO - 2020 has proved itself to be the main and largest platform in Ukraine for presentation of modern oil and gas technologies and equipment.

A wide range of services and equipment for exploration, drilling, operation of oil and gas wells was presented by: AFEC OILTOOLS (Hungary), BEIKEN ENERGETIKA UKRAINE, GORYZONTY, UKRINMASH, UKRPROMKHIMTEH, etc.

The trade fair visitors had the opportunity to see gas‑regulating, compressor, gas‑turbine pumping equipment and other products presented by exhibitors: HOWDEN TURBO GMBH (Germany), BTK‑CENTER KOMPLECT, DALGAKIRAN COMPRESSOR UKRAINE, REGIONAL GAS COMPANY, ZORYA‑MASHPROEKT, GAS TURBINE RESEARCH & PRODUCTION COMPLEX, INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, KAMYANKA ENGINEERING WORKS, etc.

Samples of pipelines, shut‑off valves, equipment for restoration, repair and cleaning of pipelines were presented at the stands of TPBS/TMM‑ENERGOBUD MANAGEMENT, PLANT OF STEEL PROFILES, CMO UKRAINE, ACTIVE ALLIANCE COMPANY, PATRIYA, etc.

Industrial automation and data transmission equipment, control and measurement devices were showcased to visitors by APLISENS S.A. (Poland), SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, RADMIRTECH, SKLOPRYLAD, PROXIS™, etc.

Explosion‑proof, electrical engineering equipment were displayed by VD MAIS, ACCUTRADE UKRAINE, OC PROFEX, CORPUS GROUP, DIODICA, etc.

Personal protective equipment and workwear were presented by GLAVSPETSSNAB, SERVISPROM, SPECTORGALLIANCE, TEKSIKA.

BUSINESS PROGRAM

Traditionally, one of the central business events was the 5^th Kiev Conference on Modern Drilling Methods and Increasing Oil and Gas Production "DRILLING. INTENSIFICATION. ECOLOGY AND LABOR PROTECTION".

As parts of the event, the following thematic sections were held:
1. Section "Oil and Gas Strategies of Ukraine in the Crisis Period".
2. Section "Development of the resource base and modernization of oil and gas companies".
3. Section "Drilling Services and Environment".

The conference was attended by leading Ukrainian and foreign gas producing and service companies: Ukrgazvydobuvannya, Ukrnafta, Tacrom Services SRL, Goryzonty Drilling Company, Fidmash CJSC, Weatherford, Geo Alliance, DTEK, Drilling equipment, Belorusneft, Ukrburservice BK, Region, UKRSKS, Drill‑Tek MWD, Weatherford, Brenntag Polska sp. z.o.o, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Denimex, Galileo Technologies S.A., H2Oil Well Services SRL, Bentec GMBH, Endevour, Cadogan Ukraine, etc.

Regional Gas Company held a solemn presentation of modern equipment for gas distribution systems produced by RGC PRODUCTION at its stand.

Trade fair visitors were the first to see samples of new products, including innovative systems for redesigning gas distribution networks and the latest smart modems. In addition, at the company's stand you could plunge into the virtual world and visit the first innovation space 104.ua in Ukraine.

The following events were also held within the framework of the 5E International Energy Business Forum:
- Conference "Environmental Business Advocacy", organized by "Eco Advocacy"
- Round table "Energy cybersecurity - actual problems and modern solutions", organized by the Department of Digital Policy and Security of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
- The open discussion "Е‑Mobility: made in Ukraine - combining efforts and opportunities to implement projects in the field of energy efficient transport", organized by NGO "Electric Vehicles Association of Ukraine" (EV-UA).

We are certain about the future prospects of each of this year event participants as well as of the oil and gas sector of Ukraine in general. Only hard work will give us the opportunity to implement the most ambitious projects and resist any challenges of the time!
