Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine informs that IX International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo‑2019» will take place on November 5‑7, 2019 at International Exhibition Centre (15, Brovarskyi Ave., IEC, Kyiv).

Under the conditions of sustainable functioning of the economy, the construction industry is one of the most important in the national economy: the prerequisites for production growth in all sectors of the economy depend on it.

International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo» is a platform for presentation of novelties in the construction sector for buildings of manufacturing, housing, social, agricultural purpose: modern technologies of project, construction, repairs, design works, materials, structures, equipment, machines.

The Association of Ukrainian Cities has been fruitfully cooperating with the International Exhibition Centre (IEC), which is an invariable organizer of trade fairs devoted to the most urgent needs of the municipal infrastructure.

Complex of the international trade fairs «CommunTech», «AQUA UKRAINE», «Energy Efficiency. Renewable Energy», and «EuroBuildExpo» traditionally demonstrate modern technologies and products. These exhibitions have become the leading platform for discussing of issues and working out of proposals for improvement of state policy in the reform of housing and communal services, including heat and water supply, waste management, energy efficiency, accomplishment of cities and road maintenance.

The exposition focuses the heads of communities, heads of communal enterprises, local manufacturers to use the newest technical achievements for the development of the infrastructures of cities, settlements and villages. An intense business program in frames of the trade fairs also promotes the cooperation between domestic and foreign partners.

On behalf of the Association of Ukrainian Cities we would like to express our support to the organizers of the listed above international exhibitions. We are sure that this year and in the future these events will create new opportunities for development of the cooperation between local self‑government representatives, business community and authorities for implementation of projects, which will make the Ukrainian communities modern, progressive and comfortable.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

1. Participation conditions
The participation in Exhibition is regulated by the following documents:
- Application‑Contract with appendixes
- General regulations
All appendixes and general regulations are an integral part of this Application‑Contract.
Exhibitor is required to return to Organizer duly completed and signed Application‑Contract including all necessary appendixes. Assignment of signed Application‑Contract implies that the Exhibitor accepts the present general regulations. Application‑Contract is accepted by Organizer not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. Application‑Contracts received after terms indicated above will be considered, if the free exhibition space would be available.

2. Participation fees and costs
The payment of all participation fees and costs is made by Exhibitor according to the clauses outlined above (as per prices listed in the price‑list №1):

2.1. registration fee:
organization work; publication of catalogue entry information and 2 copies of catalogues; 3 exhibitor’s badges, 20 invitation‑tickets.

2.2. shell scheme booth:
raw space; partition walls; fascia with company name (not more than 15 symbols in standard type); 220V single phase 1kWt socket; 2 spot lights; 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 waste basket, carpet, coat‑hunger.
Minimum exhibition space – 9 sq.m. All other exhibition equipment and services are provided for extra charge (see the price‑list №2, 3).

2.3. raw space:
Proper raw space. Minimum exhibition space – 15 sq.m. In case of individual stand construction the company, which fulfills the construction, is obliged to pass the accreditation in the corresponding structures of the IEC.

3. Cost of external participation
The cost of external participation includes such services as: publication of catalogue entry information, 1 exhibitor’s badge, display and distribution of printed advertising materials on general information counter.

4. Method of payment
After receipt of completed and signed Application‑Contract, Organizer invoiced to Exhibitor. Invoice should be paid by Exhibitor according to p. 5 of the Application‑Contract.

5. Penalty
In case the Exhibitor violates the terms of payment specified in the Application‑Contract, the Exhibitor pays to the organizer the fee in the amount of double rate of National Bank of Ukraine for the date of the payment per each day of delinquency.
Refuse either of part or whole of exhibition space may be done by giving notice in the written form to the Organizer not later than 2 months (60 days) before the opening of Exhibition. If the notice is given after the terms indicated above, Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 100% of the total Application‑Contract amount.

6. Exhibition catalogue
The catalogue entry (printed and electronic version) should be forwarded to Organizer in English not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. The following information is required: company name, phone number (including zip code), fax number, e-mail, not more than 360 symbols of text. Additional text and advertising are paid for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №1. Advertising in catalogue is required to provide by Exhibitor the make‑up page in electronic and printed version.

7. Exhibition's open hours and security
Trade fair open hours: November 5‑6: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; November 7: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Organizer provides general security service of Exhibition‑site during the working hours (November 5‑6: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; November 7: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The safety of exposition while working hours is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Organizer is responsible for the safety of exposition in closing hours and night hours (from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the next day). Organizer recommends Exhibitor to insure its property against all risks. Exhibitor is responsible for observance of fire safety rules.

8. Cleaning
Organizer will provide cleaning of the aisles. According to the written Exhibitor’s application, cleaning of his own area is carried out for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №2.

10. Goods delivery and custom formalities
Delivery and custom cleaning of goods are carried out according to the concluded contracts between Exhibitors and specialized companies. 11. Trade
Sale of goods on Exhibition‑site is carried out according to the Ukrainian legislation.
The organizer is not responsible for Exhibitor’s non‑compliance or inappropriate compliance of rules, regulations and requirements regarding trading activity on the basis and in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.
Exhibitors are responsible for the violation of the Rules of retail and wholesale trade, rules for the application of cash register equipment in accordance with the laws, regulations, rules and other documents regulating commercial activity in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.

REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF
IX INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR
EUROBUILDEXPO‑2019

IX International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo ‑ 2019» took place on November 5‑7 in the territory of International Exhibition Centre (IEC, 15, Brovarsky Avenue, Kyiv, Ukraine).

Traditionally the event was held simultaneously with the exhibitions: «CommunTech», «RoadTechExpo», «AQUA UKRAINE», «Energy Efficiency. Renewable Energy», «Industrial Ecology», «Agroforum». The thematic coherence of these events positively influenced the growth of the number of exhibitors and visitors.

Organizer: International Exhibition Centre, Ltd., with the support of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, Association of Ukrainian Cities.

This year IX International Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo ‑ 2019» united at its exposition over 65 companies from different regions of Ukraine and abroad (Belarus, Greece, Lithuania and Romania). Participants acquainted visitors with the latest technologies and equipment for construction, equipment and maintenance of industrial and housing stocks, objects of the social sphere, a wide range of building materials and constructions, finishing materials, systems of comfort and safety of life.

In the exhibition's opening ceremony on November 5^th took part:

Trade Fair «EuroBuildExpo ‑ 2019» gathered at the best exhibition center of Ukraine the key players of construction market. A lot of advanced technologies and developments were represented during the event.

Company «OTIS» ‑ one of the world's leading manufacturers of elevators, escalators, travolators, represented new design line of Ambiance elevator cabins.

At the official presentation, which takes place within the framework of the exhibition, Vice‑President and General Director of OTIS in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Nader Antar noted that new line of Ambiance design would give our customers an opportunity to choose one of more than 150 variants of cabin's designs and would be able to satisfy the most demanding request.

Also, the latest technological developments in the sphere of elevator construction represented the manufacturing company «Mogilevliftmash» (Belarus).

Company «Zhytomyr‑Agrobudindustria», manufacturer of reinforced concrete products for construction industry, represented on its stand:
- unique mechanical hoist with an increased area of working platform, which unlike its analogues provides an increased reliability;
- pneumatic chamber pump NK‑40, designed to transport bulk power materials (cement, alumina, etc.).

In addition, concrete products and constructions, truck cranes, lifts, roofing materials, fiberglass, plaster fiberglass, press materials, fiberglass products, concrete products and many other products were offered to visitors of the exhibition by the following enterprises: «ELKON» (Turkey), «Echipamente pentru Constructii Srl» (Romania), «A/O Evrobeton», «Beton Nova International», «Buchanskyi Paving Plant», «Kakhelina», «Politek Impex», «Arsenal‑Center», «Speed», «Sievierodonetsk Stekloplastic» and others.

A new participant of the exhibition ‑ company «Perfect» together with the company «Winkhaus Ukraine» represented Winkhaus smart home system. This system integrates all housing resources into one: all functions and areas of the house work coherently and as effectively as possible. Also, «Smart House MimiSmart» system was represented by company «Mimisystems».

Various equipment, designed to promote the increasing of energy efficiency in housing (interior and fire doors, energy‑saving windows, profile systems, window décor items), were offered to visitors by: «DoorWooD», «Dveri Belorussii», «Libra Zet», «Investoll».

Company «Cryplat Ukraine» represented at the Ukrainian market a novelty‑wall panels for finishing of interior and exterior walls, ceilings, installation of partitions, design of window and door slopes in premises and buildings for various purposes ‑ panels Cryplat^®.

Company «Geofip» represented new composite materials with a polymeric structure, containing components of mineral origin only (kaolin, aqueous alkaline silicate solution and modifiers).

A novelty of this year exhibition was the participation of company «Marttech Group» ‑ the official supplier of roof garden systems from Nophadrain (the Netherlands) in Ukraine. The company for over 30 years has been specialized in project development, delivery and turn‑key installation of roof garden. Visitors had an opportunity to learn more about unique drainage systems and other accessories necessary to create garden on the roof.

Business Program

Traditionally the key business event that brought all exhibitions together into a single large‑scale project was XV International Congress «Institutional and Technical Aspects of Reforming of Housing and Communal Services» (Organizer: Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, Association of Ukrainian Cities), many events of which were devoted to issues and prospects of improvement of the construction industry.

Leading experts highlighted the following issues:
- energy efficiency in buildings, solving problems of energy efficiency improvement and implementation of their thermal modernization;
- strategic ways of reforming of the apartment blocks management sphere in modern legislative realities;
- modalities for the operation and development of the housing and utilities sector in conditions of legislative changes: establishment of condominium associations as the motivation of buildings' energy efficiency level.

Within the framework of the business program company «EKONOMBUD» held an event‑presentation, at which the visitors were acquainted with the latest achievements in the sphere of thermal and waterproofing, which can be used by everyone. The specialists of the company told about the real opportunity to start own business in construction and insulation sphere, demonstrated equipment of their own production for spraying of polyurethane foam and polyurea.

And, the most important thing is that the company conducted the crash‑test of materials, where visitors were convinced of the powerful functionality, high quality and reliability of company's products.
Business program

327 enterprises from 15 countries of the world demonstrated their technologies and products at the total exposition area of almost 17 000 m². This year interbranch project was visited by 8 515 specialists among them were: heads of state and executive authorities, specialists of construction, installation, project and scientific‑research organizations, enterprises of housing and communal services, water management, energy and metallurgical industries, engineering, chemical industry, agricultural workers and other interested specialists.
