GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. Participation conditions
The participation in Exhibition is regulated by the following documents:
- Application‑Contract with appendixes
- General regulations
All appendixes and general regulations are an integral part of this Application‑Contract.
Exhibitor is required to return to Organizer duly completed and signed Application‑Contract including all necessary appendixes. Assignment of signed Application‑Contract implies that the Exhibitor accepts the present general regulations. Application‑Contract is accepted by Organizer not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. Application‑Contracts received after terms indicated above will be considered, if the free exhibition space would be available.
2. Participation fees and costs
The payment of all participation fees and costs is made by Exhibitor according to the clauses outlined above (as per prices listed in the price‑list №1):
2.1. registration fee:
organization work; publication of catalogue entry information and 2 copies of catalogues; 3 exhibitor’s badges, 20 invitation‑tickets.
2.2. shell scheme booth:
raw space; partition walls; fascia with company name (not more than 15 symbols in standard type); 220V single phase 1kWt socket; 2 spot lights; 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 waste basket, carpet, coat‑hunger.
Minimum exhibition space – 9 sq.m. All other exhibition equipment and services are provided for extra charge (see the price‑list №2, 3).
2.3. raw space:
Proper raw space. Minimum exhibition space – 15 sq.m. In case of individual stand construction the company, which fulfills the construction, is obliged to pass the accreditation in the corresponding structures of the IEC.
3. Cost of external participation
The cost of external participation includes such services as: publication of catalogue entry information, 1 exhibitor’s badge, display and distribution of printed advertising materials on general information counter.
4. Method of payment
After receipt of completed and signed Application‑Contract, Organizer invoiced to Exhibitor. Invoice should be paid by Exhibitor according to p. 5 of the Application‑Contract.
5. Penalty
In case the Exhibitor violates the terms of payment specified in the Application‑Contract, the Exhibitor pays to the organizer the fee in the amount of double rate of National Bank of Ukraine for the date of the payment per each day of delinquency.
Refuse either of part or whole of exhibition space may be done by giving notice in the written form to the Organizer not later than 2 months (60 days) before the opening of Exhibition. If the notice is given after the terms indicated above, Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 100% of the total Application‑Contract amount.
6. Exhibition catalogue
The catalogue entry (printed and electronic version) should be forwarded to Organizer in English not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. The following information is required: company name, phone number (including zip code), fax number, e-mail, not more than 360 symbols of text. Additional text and advertising are paid for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №1. Advertising in catalogue is required to provide by Exhibitor the make‑up page in electronic and printed version.
7. Exhibition's open hours and security
Exhibition's open hours: November 6‑7: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., November 8: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Organizer will provide a general security service of Exhibition‑site during the working hours (November 6‑7: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., November 8: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m). The safety of exposition in working hours is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Organizer is responsible for the safety of exposition in closing hours and night hours (from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the following day). Organizer highly recommends to insure the Exhibitor’s property against all risks. Exhibitor is responsible for observance of fire safety rules.
8. Cleaning
Organizer will provide cleaning of the aisles. According to the written Exhibitor’s application, cleaning of his own area is carried out for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №2.

Sale of goods on Exhibition‑site is carried out according to the Ukrainian legislation.
The organizer is not responsible for Exhibitor’s non‑compliance or inappropriate compliance of rules, regulations and requirements regarding trading activity on the basis and in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.
Exhibitors are responsible for the violation of the Rules of retail and wholesale trade, rules for the application of cash register equipment in accordance with the laws, regulations, rules and other documents regulating commercial activity in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.

ІX International Trade Fair RoadTechExpo ‑ 2018
XVІ International Trade Fair «CommunTech ‑ 2018» and XIV International Congress «Institutional and Technical Aspects of Reforming of Housing and Communal Services» took place on 6‑8 November in International Exhibition Centre (15 Brovarsky Avenue, Kyiv, Ukraine). Over the years these annual events have acquired the status of the leading branch exhibitions, devoted to the development of communal infrastructure of the Ukrainian communities.
Organizer: International Exhibition Centre, Ltd., with the support of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Association of Ukrainian cities.
On the 6th of November in the exhibitions' opening ceremony took part:

After exhibition review and briefing with mass media Hennadiy Zubko ‑ Vice‑Prime‑Minister of Ukraine ‑ Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine ‑ addressed the participants of the event at the conference «Institutional and Technical Aspects of Reforming of Housing and Communal Services», which began the work of Congress. Among the speakers were: Dmytro Andrievsky ‑ People's Deputy of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy, Johannes Baur ‑ the Head of the Department for External Assistance Programs «Economic cooperation, energy, infrastructure, environment and climate» Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, Nicolas Guigas ‑ Deputy Director of Swiss Cooperation Office, George Cristodoresku ‑ Project Director of «Reforms in the sphere of energy efficiency in Ukraine», implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Diana Korsakaite ‑ Head of the USAID Project «Municipal Energy Reform in Ukraine». Eduard Kruhliak ‑ Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of Congress and exhibitions ‑ was the moderator of the event. Issues on the implementation of housing and communal services reforms, energy efficiency in Ukraine and aspects of international support for domestic energy independence were discussed at the conference.
The main topic of this year's conference was the issue of complex modernization of housing sector. According to Hennadiy Zubko, all necessary legislative bases have been already adopted for this process.
During work of the Congress were highlighted the following urgent issues as: prospects for the development of water supply and water removal systems, draft law on municipal waste, formation of transparent relationships in multi‑apartment buildings, results and perspectives of reforms in centralized heat supply, etc.
At the expositions of the Trade Fairs «CommunTech» and «RoadTechExpo», which traditionally create the single thematically related project, 77 companies ‑ domestic and foreign manufacturers (Czech Republic, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania and Finland) and suppliers gave an opportunity to demonstrably get acquainted with the latest developments to ensure the official functioning of the country's city economy.
At the large‑scale demonstrative platform «CommunTech» and «RoadTechExpo» the municipal and road‑construction machinery, special machinery, forklifts, equipment and spare parts were represented by both constant participants and companies, which took part in the exhibition for the first time: «AIS», «Alfatech», «Astra», «Bila Tserkva Mechanical Plant», «Logistic Forklift», «Mashrembud», «Pack‑Trade», «Euromash», «Alarit‑Prom‑», «Validus Special Auto» and many others.
WHAT WAS INTERESTING?
This year's exhibitions became a platform for demonstration of the new products to the Ukrainian market.
Unique universal chassis VT 450 with winter attached equipment namely: salt spreader Syntos, milling rotary cleaner and snow‑cleaning dumps were presented at the stand of company THG AG AEBI SCHMIDT in 2018. Wish to draw the attention, that attached equipment can be installed on universal chassis for using during summer period.
Equipment for safety on roads produced by Horizont (mobile traffic barriers, police columns, mobile columns type «soldier», trailers with warning signs, road signs, road warning 
illumination) were presented among the novelties from THG AG.
One of the premiers of the Ukrainian market of special machinery became truck crane PALFINGER SANY ТКА‑32 on the basis of four‑wheel drive car MAZ‑6317 from Special Machinery Plant Techcomplect, which took part in the exhibition for the second time, and this year represented at its large‑scale exposition a diverse range of machinery.
Company «MDC» represented new tram cabin Т3‑KVP‑Od Odyssey with a unique design, which is created to the order of Odessa city this year.
Company «Ukr‑Truck» for the first time demonstrated in Ukraine auto hydraulic lift VIPO‑28 and 
universal machinery VIPO KMT 3200.8 manufactured by Belarusian machine‑building company «Vytebsk lifts».
Kremenchug plant of road machines (Kredmash) ‑ leading manufacturer of asphalt mixing plants in Ukraine ‑ represented its new developments, as never before relevant for repair of Ukrainian roads: asphalt regenerator РА‑802, intended for the preparation of asphalt concrete mixtures
during pit repair of roadways close to the place of repair and mini tar paver КDМ337, intended for economical and rapid spraying of cold bituminous emulsions during small pit repair of roadway, asphalting of 
road areas, for sealing of stitches and cracks in asphalt concrete coatings.
Group of Companies AIS which have been participated in exhibition at the first time, began its accession to the constant exhibitors of «CommunTech» with the novelties in communal transport: new garbage trucks intended for rural localities service with absence of waste‑collection centers.
Zavod Kobzarenka, wich recently celebrated its 25 anniversary, didn't rest on laurels: 6 communal technical vehicles ‑ current presentation for visitors of «CommunTech».
Electronic devices and systems for utility companies: for traffic control, urban lighting management, payment systems, etc. were demonstrated at the stands of domestic companies: «Аtilos», «Komkon Traffic», «Rostok‑Elekom», «Swarco Ukraine».
Products and services for solving of one of the priority demands of the present day ‑ rational waste management were represented at the expositions of: «Global Recycling», «Elkoplast‑Ukraine», «Flash‑R», «Yugstal», «Alta Logistik Ukraine», «Trading House AFT», «Sklad Service», «Litolan», «Kramar Eko», «Barsky Mashzavod», «Arpal», «Hаmmel Ukraine», TECHNOBALT EESTI OÜ (Estonia), JCOPLASTIC Spa (Italy) and other companies.
People's deputies of Ukraine, representatives of the European bank for Reconstruction and Development, representatives of central executive authorities and local self‑government bodies, European Business Association, public organizations and mass media, heads of the state and commercial enterprises took part in the work of round table (on 6th of November), devoted to European way of development in the sphere of municipal waste management.
WHAT EXPECT NEXT YEAR?
According to the words of company's heads, exposition in 2019 will be more intense and interesting, as plans of participants is a new long‑term contracts with leading international companies‑manufacturers.
As example, Ukr‑spetsteh Ltd ‑ an official dealer of DRESSTA's (Poland) special machinery in Ukraine, are planning to expand the horizons in cooperation with foreign companies and present small special equipment TAKEUCHI (Japan) on Ukrainian market.
It has become a tradition to hold an event, devoted to development of housing and communal services of the capital within the framework of Trade Fair «CommunTech» (Organizer: Department of Housing and Communal Infrastructure of Kyiv City State Administration). This year at the Conference «Innovative transformations in housing and communal services system of Kyiv city under current conditions: achievements and perspectives» were defined the priority measures for improvement and development of Kyiv city.
In the work of exhibitions «CommunTech‑2018» and «RoadTechExpo‑2018» took part specialists of housing and communal enterprises, construction and installation organizations, water utilities, in particular, which have authority to procure products, responsible officials of government agencies, mayors of cities and settlements of Ukraine, chairmen of boards of condominiums, management of profile departments and administrations of Kyiv City State Administration, representatives of district state administrations of Kyiv city, heads of communal enterprises and road services, interested specialists of the related branches, representatives of the state and commercial enterprises.
The above mentioned events are traditionally held with the International Trade Fairs of the related topics: «AQUA UKRAINE», «Energy Efficiency. Renewable Energy», «EuroBuildExpo» and «Industrial Ecology». 342 companies from 18 countries of the world took part at the total area of almost 16 500 m2; number of visitors is more than 8 500. The third year in a row International Trade Fairs «Power Engineering for Industry», «Mining Industry Expo», «OilGasExpo» and «Electro Install» took place simultaneously with these branch events. This large‑scale exposition and full business program gave an opportunity to more than 14 000 specialists get acquainted as much as possible with the market of the latest technologies and equipment, which will contribute a complex approach for solving the urgent demands of the country's economy.
