GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. Participation conditions
The participation in Exhibition is regulated by the following documents:
- Application‑Contract with appendixes
- General regulations
All appendixes and general regulations are an integral part of this Application‑Contract.
Exhibitor is required to return to Organizer duly completed and signed Application‑Contract including all necessary appendixes. Assignment of signed Application‑Contract implies that the Exhibitor accepts the present general regulations. Application‑Contract is accepted by Organizer not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. Application‑Contracts received after terms indicated above will be considered, if the free exhibition space would be available.
2. Participation fees and costs
The payment of all participation fees and costs is made by Exhibitor according to the clauses outlined above (as per prices listed in the price‑list №1):
2.1. registration fee:
organization work; publication of catalogue entry information and 2 copies of catalogues; 3 exhibitor’s badges, 20 invitation‑tickets.
2.2. shell scheme booth:
raw space; partition walls; fascia with company name (not more than 15 symbols in standard type); 220V single phase 1kWt socket; 2 spot lights; 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 waste basket, carpet, coat‑hunger.
Minimum exhibition space – 9 sq.m. All other exhibition equipment and services are provided for extra charge (see the price‑list №2, 3).
2.3. raw space:
Proper raw space. Minimum exhibition space – 15 sq.m. In case of individual stand construction the company, which fulfills the construction, is obliged to pass the accreditation in the corresponding structures of the IEC.
3. Cost of external participation
The cost of external participation includes such services as: publication of catalogue entry information, 1 exhibitor’s badge, display and distribution of printed advertising materials on general information counter.
4. Method of payment
After receipt of completed and signed Application‑Contract, Organizer invoiced to Exhibitor. Invoice should be paid by Exhibitor according to p. 5 of the Application‑Contract.
5. Penalty
In case the Exhibitor violates the terms of payment specified in the Application‑Contract, the Exhibitor pays to the organizer the fee in the amount of double rate of National Bank of Ukraine for the date of the payment per each day of delinquency.
Refuse either of part or whole of exhibition space may be done by giving notice in the written form to the Organizer not later than 2 months (60 days) before the opening of Exhibition. If the notice is given after the terms indicated above, Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 100% of the total Application‑Contract amount.
6. Exhibition catalogue
The catalogue entry (printed and electronic version) should be forwarded to Organizer in English not later than 1 month before the opening of Exhibition. The following information is required: company name, phone number (including zip code), fax number, e-mail, not more than 360 symbols of text. Additional text and advertising are paid for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №1. Advertising in catalogue is required to provide by Exhibitor the make‑up page in electronic and printed version.
7. Exhibition's open hours and security
Trade fair open hours: November 6‑7: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; November 8: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Organizer provides general security service of Exhibition‑site during the working hours (November 6‑7: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; November 8: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The safety of exposition while working hours is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Organizer is responsible for the safety of exposition in closing hours and night hours (from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the next day). Organizer recommends Exhibitor to insure its property against all risks. Exhibitor is responsible for observance of fire safety rules.
8. Cleaning
Organizer will provide cleaning of the aisles. According to the written Exhibitor’s application, cleaning of his own area is carried out for extra charge as per prices listed in the price‑list №2.

10. Goods delivery and custom formalities

Sale of goods on Exhibition‑site is carried out according to the Ukrainian legislation.
The organizer is not responsible for Exhibitor’s non‑compliance or inappropriate compliance of rules, regulations and requirements regarding trading activity on the basis and in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.
Exhibitors are responsible for the violation of the Rules of retail and wholesale trade, rules for the application of cash register equipment in accordance with the laws, regulations, rules and other documents regulating commercial activity in the order defined by the Ukrainian legislation.

THE III INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR
OILGASEXPO '2018

On November 6‑8, 2018 at the International Exhibition Centre, the largest exhibition venue in Ukraine, the III International Trade Fair OILGASEXPO '2018 was held.
The organizer ‑ International Exhibition Centre by support of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine.
The trade fair was held within the framework of the XVI International Forum "Fuel and Energy Complex of Ukraine: the Present and the Future" co‑located with the XVI International Trade Fair "Power Engineering for Industry '2018" and the III International Trade Fair "Mining Industry Expo '2018" at the overall exhibition area of about 10.000 sq.m.
This integrated event provided its participants and visitors the unparalleled opportunity of demonstrating technologies, equipment and services to a wide range of specialists and discussing ways to reform the interrelated industries.
On November 6 the Forum and trade fairs were ceremonially opened by:

BUSINESS PROGRAM
The central event of the trade show's business program was the III Kyiv Conference "Drilling. Well stimulation. Ecology and Labor Protection".
The conference started with the report by Oleg Prokhorenko, the Chairman of Ukrgazvydobuvannia JSC, who noted the positive trends in formation of Ukrainian oil&gas service market and the role of the state company in that process.
The conference gathered more than 300 participants (from 60 companies) who discussed new technologies for well drilling and workover, development and modernization of oil and gas enterprises, drilling services and the effect of production processes on the environment.
Among the main participants were Ukrgazvydobuvannia, Ukrnafta, DTEK Oil&Gas, NOV‑Fidmash, Weatherford Ukraine and others.
Also the representatives of oil&gas companies from Belarus, Poland, Germany, the USA, Canada and China attended the conference.
The Directorate of Fossil Fuels of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry held a series of round tables:
- Development of Ukrainian oil and gas industry
- Provision of special permits for the use of oil and gas subsoil on a transparent basis
- New ways of opening information in the energy sector of Ukraine
- Development of innovations in the sector of hydrocarbon extraction
The events were devoted to investment opportunities and stimulating factors of Ukrainian oil & gas industry development, optimization of procedures for granting rights to subsoil use on a transparent and non‑discriminatory basis, implementation of the Law on increasing the transparency of extractive industries and other issues.
Traditionally Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC held the business event aimed at 
consideration of issues related to natural gas accounting.
More than 140 specialists of oil and gas companies and organizations, enterprises of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, manufacturers of measuring equipment, educational and research institutions, design organizations participated in the round table "Instrument Natural Gas Measurement Innovations and Metrology".
A number of fundamental innovations implemented in the Ukrainian natural gas accounting system was mentioned at the round table.
