EXHIBITIONS "ARMS AND SECURITY" AND "AVIASVIT-XXI"
ON THE AREA OF 30 SQ.M PRESENT MODERN WEAPONS,
MILITARY AND AVIATION EQUIPMENT FROM 13 COUNTRIES
Official opening ceremony
of the XVII International Specialized Exhibition "ARMS AND SECURITY - 2021"
and the XII International Aviation and Space Salon "AVIASVIT - XXI"
will take place at the International Exhibition Centre
(Pavilion 2, 15 Brovarskyi Ave., Kyiv)
on June 15, 2021, at 12:00 pm
Participants: members of the Government, senior officials of the National Security and Defense Council, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, State Emergency Service of Ukraine, other agencies, heads of diplomatic missions and official delegations from foreign defense agencies.
Accredited media will be registered and badges will be issued on:
06/15/2021 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm at Entrance 2-B,
after 1:00 pm and on other days - at Entrance 1-A.
Media representatives must provide a credential ID or an official letter from the editor’s office indicating the full name and passport data of the relevant representative.
Media events during the exhibitions:
June 15, 2:00 pm - a briefing at the booth of the Ministry of Economic Development, Labor and Technology of the Republic of Poland (No. 3-E11) on cooperation in the aviation industry.
The exhibitions are held under the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

You’ll never see this at a military parade! - The latest defense and aerospace developments will be exhibited by 332 companies, including 35 foreign companies from 13 countries, across the 30,000 sq m area.
The exhibition will feature for the first time: Embraer (Brazil), a world-famous aerospace conglomerate; Lockheed Martin (USA) - first in the world’s top 100 companies in 2019 in terms of arms sales and military services according to SIPRI (Stockholm International Peace Research Institute); Firefly Aerospace Inc. (USA) - founded by Dr. Max Polyakov, a Ukrainian-born businessman, this company has been contracted by NASA for payload delivery to the Moon under the CLPS initiative which is a key part of the Artemis project; a display by the Ministry of Economic Development, Labor and Technology of the Republic of Poland; FireWay - winners of the NASA Space App Challenge hackathon in the "Best Use of Technology" area; the fruits of cooperation between Nibulon (Mykolaiv, Ukraine) and OCEA (France) in the building of patrol boats; a display by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, demonstrating the capabilities of the National Cybersecurity Coordinating Center; and a display by the newly founded National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries.
The latest defense products will also be premiered.
As part of the business program, more than 20 informative events will be held in various formats. These include the finals of the Vernadsky Challenge 5th Engineering Startup Contest in the fields of space technologies and active bioelectronics to win a grant of UAH 2 million (organized by Noosphere Association NGO); "Current Problems of Aviation Technology Development," an international academic and practical conference held by Ukraine’s State Research Institute of Aviation; "Body and Group Armor Ballistic Testing Experience," a workshop by the National Defense University of Ukraine; a series of workshops on topical law enforcement issues, such as the "Information Security over Technical Channels" by the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and other events.
